And because so many people living in this area enjoy it, the Catskill Mountain Archers was formed. The objective of Catskill Mountain Archers is to promote safe practices and participation in archery, to promote opportunities for members to compete and to help members improve their skills in the sport. We currently have both an indoor and outdoor range. The outdoor facility has thirty 3D animal targets in a wooded environment for a realistic hunting experience. Our meetings are held once a month and provide the opportunity for member involvement in club activities and a chance to share ideas as well as shooting and hunting advice.
